Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.bcionline.in (the “Platform”), owned and operated by BCI (Broker Community India), a partnership firm registered under Indian law.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be a licensed real estate broker, channel partner, or brokerage business operating in India to register and use the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during registration and are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

Membership and Fees

A standard annual membership fee of ₹25,000 is applicable.
The fee grants access to all Platform features including property uploads, chat, and the broker community.
Membership fees are subject to periodic revision and may fluctuate depending on promotional offers or revised service scope.
All memberships are non-transferable.

Refund Policy

If you choose to discontinue membership voluntarily, you may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining full months of your membership. Processing may take up to 30 working days. Refund requests must be sent in writing to support@bcionline.in.

Referral Program

Brokers may refer other licensed brokers to join the community. If the referred broker:

Pays the membership fee
Remains an active member for a minimum of three months

Then, the referring broker is eligible to receive a ‘10-gram silver coin’ as a referral reward. The reward is non-cash, non-transferable, and subject to verification and dispatch policy.

Platform Usage Rules

To use it strictly for broker-to-broker networking, property co-broking, and community activities.
To upload only authentic and verifiable property listings.
To not solicit or deal directly with end customers via the platform.
To refrain from abusive, misleading, illegal, or fraudulent behavior.
To comply with applicable Indian real estate regulations.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant BCI a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the Platform.
The Platform’s code, design, logos, trademarks, and structure are proprietary to BCI Broker Community India and protected by Indian IP laws.

Limitation of Liability

BCI does not guarantee any specific volume or quality of business, leads, or transactions.
BCI is not liable for any disputes, fraud, or monetary loss arising from broker-to-broker interaction.
Our liability is strictly limited to the membership fee paid by you.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms.
Users may request voluntary termination at any time with a one month prior notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
